Trump Turnberry, Scotland is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals to join our legendary team. Positions available on a Full Time, Part Time & Casual Basis.
Position Purpose
Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa in line with brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five-star client care, cleaning standards and grooming. Spa Therapists are also responding to guest needs and recommending suitable products as required.
Key responsibilities
- Performs all treatments to an exceptional standard, as per protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client's specific needs.
- Updates own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of formal training by Managers.
- Carries out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
- Ensures aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be eligible to work within the UK.
- Must have strong English communication skillsâboth written and spoken.
- HND/SVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy essential.
- Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.
- Previous experience of a role within a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
