Guest Service Agent

Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals who are eager to join our legendary team.

This position is available on a full-time and weekend part-time basis.

Position Purpose:

To welcome guests to the hotel, answer guest questions, and resolve guest problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties, and receive payments from guests. The position is available on a casual \’as and when\’ required basis.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous reception of guests
• Record and administer arrivals and departures
• Communicate and record complaints
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP, and group arrivals
• Ensure guests’ immediate requirements are catered for and anticipate their needs
• Accurate receipt of payments from guests for their stay

Qualification Standards:

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
• The successful candidate will be polite, courteous, and have a friendly and welcoming personality
• Proficient in operating IT and online systems; previous experience with Opera would be advantageous
• Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential
