The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
To assist guests with concierge services during the night including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, tracing lost luggage, amending flight details, limo & transfer bookings, advice on local tourist attractions, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner.
To provide night in-room dining service from 23:00 - 06:00 on a daily basis. Take requests for Shuttles (transportation for guests within the resort) and action them. Advise guests on the local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events). Greet and welcome guests and direct them to Reception where you are to introduce the guest by name to the Receptionist.
Assist both arriving and departing guests with baggage handling. Store guest baggage upon request and assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles. Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services and answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. Perform basic Housekeeping and Handyman tasks i.e. changing towels, providing duvets. Make sure that the Hotel and its vehicles are pristine at all times. Assist with any other duties on nightshift to support the night team operations.
Candidate Specification
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Previous customer service experience is desired
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is desired
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A driving license is essential
