The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.
To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties and receive payments from guests. The position is available on a casual 'as and when' required basis.
Essential Functions
- Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
- Record and administer arrivals and departures
- Communication and recording of complaints
- Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
- Ensure guest’s immediate requirements are catered for and anticipate the needs of our guests
- Accurate receipt of payments from guests for their stay
Qualification Standards
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- The successful candidate will be polite and have a courteous manner with a friendly and welcoming personality
- You must be proficient in operating IT and online systems; previous experience with Opera would be advantageous
- Candidates must be passionate about delivering excellence in customer service
- Previous experience in Hospitality preferred but not essential
