Trump Turnberry is seeking a professional, discreet, and highly service-oriented Chauffeur to provide luxury transportation services to our guests. As a key representative of the resort, you will deliver an exceptional first and last impression, ensuring safe, comfortable, and seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide luxury chauffeured transportation for guests, including airport transfers, golf outings, dining reservations and local tours.
- Provide a warm, polished Turnberry welcome and assist with luggage, ensuring a flawless arrival and departure experience.
- Deliver concierge-level service, sharing local knowledge of Ayrshire, Scottish Culture and nearby points of interest when appropriate.
- Operate all vehicles with the highest standards of safety, precision, and care.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and condition of all resort vehicles at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through attentive, intuitive service.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Uphold absolute discretion and confidentiality in all guest interactions.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles meet luxury presentation standards.
- Maintain familiarity with guest preferences.
- Conduct vehicle checks including fuel levels, tyres, cleanliness, safety systems and interior amenities.
- Liaise with the technical services department to address any mechanical issues and keep the fleet in optimal condition.
- Drive responsibly and smoothly adhering to UK and Scottish road laws and resort policies.
- Ensure guest safety at all times.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when required, demonstrating physical fitness and stamina.
- Monitor real‑time traffic, weather and flight information to adjust routes and timings proactively.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Must hold UK Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh and other major Scottish roads.
