Food & Beverage Waitperson
Trump Turnberry, Scotland is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals to join our legendary team.
Position Scope
To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers.
To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort.
To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems.
- To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures
- To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.
- To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.
- To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.
- Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.
- Any other reasonable task requested by your manager
- Qualification Standards
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language
- Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player, contributing positively to team performance
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
- Previous, similar experience in 4 - 5 Star environment preferred
