POSITIONPURPOSE
The Assistant Managers will be responsible forall the day to day management and running of the department, in accordance withthe direction given by the Director of Engineering & Security and also tobe able to run the department in his absence. The Assistant Managers will beresponsible for executing the high level of service required to maintain theResort which includes the physical building structure, all Mechanical &Electrical equipment, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems andrelated equipment in accordance with the Pre Planned Maintenance programme.This involves the managing of a team who commits to providing plannedpreventative maintenance in the form of periodic inspections whilst alsoensuring a quick response time to the reactive faults communicated via PlanetFM and Empower. In addition, the Assistant Managers will have a high level ofinteraction with the Guests and client and therefore should possess excellentcommunication skills maintaining a high standard of presentation at all times.The Assistant Managers must represent the company in a positive manner to boththe team and the guests at all this job requires effort to do it well, it takes a specialindividual to excel and be great at this job.
