The Resort Activities Attaché plays a key role in delivering the signature Trump Hotels experience through exceptional guest service and retail presentation. Representing the Trump brand’s commitment to excellence, the Trump Activities Attaché provides a luxurious and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest encounter reflects the sophistication and quality synonymous with the Trump name.
Serving as the nerve centre for guest experiences, the Hotel Experience Attaché coordinates across all departments to deliver on curating experiences tailored to each guest’s unique preferences and lifestyle. The associate is responsible for pre-arrival communication with guests as well as the daily operations of the Trump Store, Whisky Tasting Room, Games Room and Cinema Room, including guest engagement, merchandise presentation, sales transactions, inventory management and brand storytelling. Through personalised service and deep product knowledge, the associate enhances each guest’s connection to the Trump Turnberry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Acting as the primary liaison between Hotel Experiences and departments such as Reservations, Front Office and Golf Operations to ensure smooth operations and provide key guest insights and preferences to empower every department to deliver with precision and care.
- Responsible for overseeing the Games Room.
