Located along the rugged North Sea shoreline in Aberdeenshire, Trump International, Scotland is an international visitor destination and five-star golf resort. The estate facilities include luxury hotel accommodation, two world-class championship golf courses, clubhouse, extensive driving range and practice facilities. Hailed The Greatest 36 holes in golf, the Old Course and New Course offer awe-inspiring topography and an unparalleled test of golf.

This principle function of this role is to support the Resort Services team by delivering safe and courteous transportation of guests, ensuring an exceptional experience to all guests staying within MacLeod House & Lodge. Providing general customer service duties including greeting guests, carrying their luggage and assisting with questions, directions and transport requirements. The role operates on a shift-based system including evening and weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safe and courteous transportation of guests within the estate
  • Dealing with guest luggage
  • Supporting guest check-in and check out
  • Setting up the restaurant and public areas for service
  • Assist with evening/late night food and beverage service including room dining
  • General responsibility for MacLeod House & Lodge during late shifts ensuring relevant health and safety checks are carried out and buildings are secure
  • Dealing with all guest enquiries ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times
Qualifying Criteria
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a hotel operation would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional guest service
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to resolve queries in a proactive, practical and positive manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
