The Clubhouse Locker Room Attendant is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse, which serves Trump International’s two world renowned championship courses. The clubhouse lies at the heart of the resort and is the centre point of resort activity. This role involves the daily cleaning of the Clubhouse Locker Rooms and front of house areas, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of fineness and cleanliness.
Working closely with the Clubhouse Manager and Housekeeping Manager, the Clubhouse Locker Room Attendant executes 5-star guest experiences at the Clubhouse for golfers, members, residents, visitors and guests. This role operates on a shift-based system including evening and weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake cleaning activities, within the Clubhouse Locker Rooms, Rest Rooms and wider front of house areas.
- Ensure all front of house areas are immaculate and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Assist guests with any queries in respect of their visit, directing them to the appropriate member of the team as necessary.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management.
- Report any missing or damaged items, ensuring they are replaced and repaired.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks when required.
- Comply with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations rules in line with company policies.
Qualifying Criteria
- Experience within hospitality, hotel or leisure industry advantageous.
- Meticulous eye for detail and demonstrable commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent timing keeping and good organisational skills.
- Positive and flexible approach to work.
- Proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral communication skills with a polite and friendly demeanour.
- Smart appearance, with a confident and helpful attitude.
- Due to the scale of the estate, a driving licence is advantageous.
