Located along the rugged North Sea shoreline in Balmedie, Aberdeenshire, our resort proudly offers The Greatest 36 Holes in Golf - a world-class pairing of our iconic original championship Old Course and our stunning New Course.
The Greenkeeping Team is the lifeblood of the resort, playing a critical role in the success of our world-class golf operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of playing surfaces in the game. The role requires energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for golf course maintenance. In return, it offers an exciting long-term opportunity to be part of a team responsible for maintaining two championship courses.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day assistance with seeding, turf preparation and turfing.
- Irrigation install and maintenance.
- Maintain and grow in surfaces.
- Operation of light powered equipment with strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Such duties instructed by the senior green-keeping team in line with course maintenance.
- Any other activities required by management to support the smooth operation of the business.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Commitment to high quality standards and keen eye for detail.
- Team player with an ability to multi-task.
- Positive attitude with cheerful and courteous demeanour.
- Good time management and time keeping.
- Full, clean, driving licence.
