Purpose of the Role
The Treatment Plan Coordinator plays a critical role in converting patient interest into informed treatment decisions by combining consultative sales, empathy, and care coordination. This position ensures patients feel supported, confident, and guided from first consultation through treatment commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑assessment consultations to understand patient goals, concerns, and treatment motivations.
- Present treatment options, pricing, financing alternatives, and expected outcomes clearly and empathetically.
- Support patients in decision‑making and drive treatment plan conversion.
- Serve as liaison between patients and clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, handover notes, and CRM documentation.

Requirements: Competencies and Skills
Education
- Background in Sales, Healthcare, Dentistry, Aesthetic Services, or related field preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales or patient‑facing roles within dental, medical, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or similar sectors.
