Open a brand new dental clinic and run it as your own. Our
Enniskillen clinic opens its doors on 21 September, and we're looking for the person who will lead it. Not inherit it. Lead it from day one.
Most Practice Manager roles hand you someone else's team, someone else's processes and someone else's habits.
This one doesn't.
You'll build the rotas, set the standards, shape how patients are greeted and looked after, and grow the team as the clinic grows.
If you've ever thought "I’d run this place differently", this is the role where you get to.
- What You'll Own
- The team: reception, nurses and TPCs. Hiring them, coaching them, keeping them
- The numbers: clinic P&L, budgets, forecasts, cost control and operational KPIs
- The patient experience: NPS, feedback loops and handling escalations personally
- The standards: full compliance with GDC, RQIA, HSC and UK GDPR
- The build: processes, rotas and the patient journey, designed from scratch as we open
- The partnerships: working side by side with your Clinical Lead, and with Head Office on growth, marketing and cross clinic projects
- What You'll Bring
- 3+ years leading a dental, medical or healthcare team
- Real P&L responsibility, not just budget awareness
- A track record of developing people, not just managing them
- Solid grounding in healthcare operations and compliance (GDC / RQIA / HSC / UK GDPR)
- Comfort with numbers: budgets, forecasts, cost control
- Clear, direct communication with patients, clinicians and head office alike
- Right to work in the UK
- BEFORE YOU APPLY, THE PRACTICAL BITS
- The role is based in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh
- We open on 21 September, so we need someone who can start as soon as possible
- To start, the clinic runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- As we grow, hours are expected to extend to Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with shifts such as 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Flexibility across shifts, including weekends, will be important
