Social Media Administrator
My client based on the outskirts of Gloucestershire is looking for a new member of staff to join their team in a really exciting period of growth and expansion. This is a newly created role and as such there are no previous shoes to fill so this could be a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and managing customer enquiries
- Liaison with other departments to ensure that customersβ orders are fulfilled
- Processing orders and ensuring orders are ready for delivery
- Dealing with the carriers to ensure orders are despatched and delivered in line with client requirements
- Managing the companies stock book
- Ensuring all invoices are checked and then passed to the accounts team for processing
In addition to these day to day tasks your role would specifically be responsible for:
- Managing and updating the website
- Producing and distributing company e-news
- Managing all social media and content across all social media platforms
- Researching industry news
- Involvement in regular meetings to discuss social media content and strategy
The role will be approx. 40% social media, 40% administration and 20% telephone based.
