Truly SMB is seeking a proactive 1st/2nd line IT Helpdesk Technician for our MSP team in Castle Donington, near Derby. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service while resolving a wide range of technical issues.
Responsibilities include logging and triaging tickets, providing guidance across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and AD/GPO, with on-site support as needed. UK driving license essential.
