We are looking for self-motivated, self-employed independent financial advisers who meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience and achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Must hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must be willing to work from home or own office
  • Diligent enough to manage their own time, business relationships and themselves
  • Capable of building a business model based on client support
  • Accepting of Compliance and those who thrive best with structure and order
  • Appreciative of quality, brand and professionalism
  • Passionate about their work and the added value they give to clients
  • Forward thinking and accepting of change
  • Beyond ‘Fit and Proper’ standards
  • Aspirational in setting and achieving goals
  • Can demonstrate annual revenue of £60,000 plus

In return for working at Truly Independent, you will receive our unique payment structure. We offer this to all advisers, including a distinct recurring income ‘extra bonus’ feature. The more you produce, the more you retain. All advisers are self-employed and are paid between 70-95% of their gross income, depending on their production level and chartered status.

We have a host of office systems set up to help you ensure you are a happy and successful financial adviser. Also, our ‘contract for services’ includes:

  • The ability to work from anywhere

  • Viva Engage Intranet – secure business and social networking for advisers

  • Compliance protection and support (FCA and PII fees included)
