The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll lead the operational, financial and people side of one of our flagship Truly clinics.
You'll be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs and compliance, partnering closely with the clinical lead to make your clinic the best in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the clinic team (reception, nurses, TPCs)
- Owning clinic P&L, budgets and operational KPIs
- Ensuring full compliance with IDC/CQC/DCI standards, GDPR, HSE
- Patient experience: NPS, feedback loops, escalations
- Recruitment partnership and onboarding of new hires
- Collaborating with Head Office on growth initiatives
- Cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales and Clinical Lead
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing dental, medical, or healthcare teams
- Demonstrable P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Operations and compliance awareness (IDC / GDC / CQC / HSE / GDPR)
- Financial literacy: budgets, forecasts, cost control
- Excellent communication
- Right to work in Ireland or the UK
- Important Details Before Applying
- This role is based onsite at our Truly Hull clinic: Unit 8 M Park Kingston, Holderness Road, Hull, HU9 2AA.
- Flexibility is essential for this position.
The clinic will operate Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 a. m. and 8:00 p. m., and the Practice Manager will be expected to work on a shift/rota basis in line with business needs.
The clinic is expected to open in early September 2026.
We are ideally looking for someone who can start before the opening date to support the pre-opening setup
