The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll lead the operational, financial and people side of one of our flagship Truly clinics.
You'll be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs and compliance, partnering closely with the Clinical Lead to make your clinic the best in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the clinic team (reception, nurses and treatment plan coordinators)
- Owning clinic P&L, budgets and operational KPIs
- Ensuring full compliance with HIS (Healthcare Improvement Scotland) regulations, GDC standards and UK GDPR
- Patient experience: NPS, feedback loops and escalations
- Partnering on recruitment and onboarding new team members
- Working with Head Office on growth initiatives
- Cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales and the Clinical Lead
What We're Looking For
- Around three years' experience leading a dental, medical or healthcare team or equivalent transferable leadership experience
- Demonstrable P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Operational and regulatory awareness (HIS, GDC, UK GDPR)
- Financial literacy: budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Excellent communication skills

- This role is based on site at our Glasgow clinic (89 Dunlop St, Glasgow G1 4ET, United Kingdom); some flexibility across the clinic's opening hours is needed to support the team.
- Working hours 35–40 hours per week
- Salary Range 40.000-45.000£ per annum
- Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
