Truly Hull is opening a new dental clinic and seeks a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for patients. You will welcome patients, manage the reception, book appointments, handle calls/emails, and support the clinical team to ensure a warm, efficient patient journey.
You should have prior reception or customer-facing experience, strong English, and be comfortable with practice management software (Dentally, Exact, SOE).
