Truly Dental is seeking a Practice Manager for our Glasgow clinic to lead the operational, financial and people side of the practice.
You will be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs and regulatory compliance, partnering closely with the Clinical Lead to make the clinic the best in the region.
The role requires around three years' leadership experience in dental/healthcare, a demonstrable P&L track record, and strong people development and communication skills.
