Pilates & Yoga Instructor | Truform | Mayfair Location: Mayfair, London Employment type: Part-time / Freelance Start date: July 2026
Truform is a boutique fitness studio in Mayfair offering infrared-heated Pilates, yoga, and high-intensity conditioning classes.
We're expanding our teaching team and looking for experienced instructors to join us.
- Roles Available
- Hot Mat Pilates Instructor
Lead challenging, full-body sessions in our 40C infrared studio. Must be confident cueing modifications while maintaining intensity. Our instructors are all mic'd up.
- Hot Yoga / Restorative Flow Instructor
Teach evening and recovery-focused classes combining breathwork, mobility, and slow-flow sequences in a heated environment.
- HIIT & High Output Instructor
Lead intense, interval-based conditioning sessions built on the STRYKE format. Must bring serious energy, programme effective circuits, and scale workouts for mixed-ability groups.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Pilates and/or yoga instructor
- Experience teaching in heated environments preferred but not essential
- Confident, motivating presence with strong technical cueing (Must be comfortable being Mic'd up)
- Ability to scale sessions for mixed-ability groups
- Availability for morning -7am-10am, lunchtime - 1230-230pm, and/or evening classes 530pm-830pm (schedule flexibility a plus)
