Studio Manager / Coordinator

We are looking for a Studio Manager/ Coordinator to join this growing design studio team within this brand focused agency.

We are looking for a super organised, detail-oriented Studio Operations Manager/ Coordinator. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of this branding agency\’s day to day operations, working closely with the Managing, Creative and Business Directors to drive efficiency and excellence across all aspects of the business.

We need someone from a like-for-like background with experience in a busy brand/ design studio. Any experience with architecture and/or interiors projects would be a big plus too.

This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working in a hungry and super collaborative workplace culture.

What we need from this person ideally:

• Experience in a busy design studio – ideally with branding, and /or architecture/ interiors projects.
• Approachable but assertive.
• Exemplar team player.
• Excellent organisation skills and excellent multitasker.
• Great people management skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Good understanding of an agency process, including different roles within an agency.
• Forward thinking / forward planning.
• Clear communicator.

Salary approx £33-35k
