Truffle has an exciting fixed term 6 month contract for a Packaging Coordinator / Traffic Manager, working for an ethical B-Corp FMCG brand on site within their small, perfectly formed Design Team.
Starting in January this is based in Central London 3 days a week / remote for 2 – there is some flexibility in this.

We’re looking for someone that has gone from being an Artworker to an Artwork/Packaging Co-ordinator / Studio Manager / Project Manager.

Day to day role:
Overseeing all packaging projects across a suite of FMCG products. Managing the process from pack design to print production.
Central communication channel for all things packaging. Managing the day-to-day running of the process including timelines, artwork approvals, and print suppliers.
Working closely with the Creative team, Packaging Developer, and Project Management team to co-ordinate the packaging process end-to-end, including…
Building and managing timelines for all packaging projects
Working with cross functional teams to forward plan the work and resource required to deliver against timelines for the year ahead
Briefing our external artwork agency to create & amend files
Saving all packaging files on our server and uploading to our digital asset management system
Managing the artwork approval process, liaising with technical, brand, packaging, and creative approvers for all the brands
Liaising with all external print partners on timelines, print trials & booking in press passes
Continually streamlining processes to find efficiencies across all internal teams
