Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Penarth. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and supporting sales activities. The individual will also handle customer service tasks, ensuring excellent communication with clients and brokers. Preparing monthly reports for the management team, brokers & advisors.
Skills required
- Minimum 2 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand development
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, events, and external communications.
- Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, video editing software)
- Strong project and team management skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, automation, and reporting tools
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Market Research and Sales abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
