At Truestays, we specialise in serviced accommodation and Airbnb property management. We\’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused professional to join us as our new Property Acquisitions & Owner Relations Manager. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our expansion plans and client success strategy.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our property portfolio and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords. You’ll handle inbound leads, analyse opportunities, attend viewings, manage the onboarding process, and be the go-to contact for our owners. You’ll be representing the TrueStays brand and helping us deliver top-tier service from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisitions:
- Manage new property leads, responding promptly and professionally
- Analyse deals and assess viability based on market performance and ROI
- Build partnerships with other operators to refer unsuitable leads
- Attend property viewings and advise owners on interiors and staging
- Oversee full onboarding of properties, from photos to system setup
- Ensure the Operations Team is fully briefed before launch
- Owner Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and property owners
- Provide timely updates and resolve any owner concerns
- Liaise with the Guest Care team to ensure excellent guest standard
- Advocate for owners internally, ensuring we\’re meeting their goals
What Success Looks Like
- Grow portfolio by at least 3 new target properties per month
- Exceptionally high level of owner satisfaction
What we\’re looking for
- Experience in property, lettings, or serviced accommodation (ideal but not necessary)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable attending property viewings and meeting landlords
- Able to analyse data and assess deal viability
- Organised, proactive, and independent
- Based near Manchester with the ability to travel
- Must have own car and be able to drive
