True Start Coffee is seeking a high-impact Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across UK grocery, out of home, and foodservice channels.

You will own the sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, Finance and Operations to deliver ambitious, profitable growth.

This is a hands-on, founder-backed role reporting to the Co-Founder & CEO.
