With strong momentum across the grocery channel and bold ambitions for national growth, Truestart Coffee are now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery customers and play a pivotal role in the next phase of their journey.
Ways of working: Hybrid, minimum of two days per week in the Bristol office.

The job…
As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Truestart Coffee’s relationships with major retailers such as ASDA, Co-op, and Morrisons. You’ll own the end-to-end commercial agenda across your accounts from JBPs, forecasting and pricing, to promotions, range reviews, and long-term strategic planning. A huge part of the role will be building exceptional, trusted relationships with your retail partners and becoming a true category and brand partner. Operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment, you’ll be expected to think entrepreneurially, spot opportunities quickly, and execute with pace and precision. You’ll play a key role in delivering sustainable growth while helping shape how the commercial function evolves as the business scales.

You… what are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior NAM within FMCG.
- Hands-on experience managing UK grocery multiples, ideally including ASDA, Co-op, and/or Morrisons.
- Background in a scale-up or high-growth FMCG business.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience across JBPs, P&L, forecasting, pricing, promotions, and negotiations.
- Relationship-led, confident influencing at buyer and senior stakeholder level.
