TrueStart Coffee Ltd. is seeking a Head of Sales to own the strategy, team and commercial delivery across Grocery & OOH. Based in Bristol/Bath with hybrid flexibility, you will lead growth initiatives, win major new business, and develop a high-performing sales function.
You will report to Helena Hills, Co-Founder & CEO, and shape the sales roadmap to scaleTrueStart toward its ambitious targets while collaborating with Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance and Operations to optimise performance.
