Job Description
Financial Services Training Consultant
Full Time – 35 hours | Permanent | Remote
Salary £66,000 (negotiable for candidate with suitable skills and experience)
(With travel to Birmingham City Centre & other UK locations)
We’re looking for an experienced Training Consultant to design and deliver engaging onboarding and development programmes for Financial Services staff, including FCA-certified colleagues. You’ll play a key role in giving new hires the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel, while also upskilling existing teams to keep performance high.
What you’ll do:
- Scope and manage training plans to close skills gaps.
- Deliver induction programmes remotely and in person.
- Create blended learning for new and existing colleagues.
- Keep training content accurate, current, and compliant.
- Equip managers to embed learning into day-to-day performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Level 4 Financial Services qualification (e.g., CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Proven training/coaching experience in a regulated advice environment.
- Strong presentation skills and a motivational style.
- Knowledge of regulations and investment platforms.
