Financial Advisers – 1 x Truro & 1 x Launceston, Cornwall
Are you looking for an exciting Financial Adviser role that gives you flexibility, an existing client bank and genuine uncapped earning potential?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, client-focused wealth management business, with one position available in Truro and one in Launceston Cornwall.
- £42,000–£60,000 basic – Diploma qualified
- £55,000–£75,000 basic – Chartered
- £400 monthly car allowance
- Uncapped earnings – top advisers earning £200k+
- Most advisers earning £100k+ within 2–3 years
- Existing client bank available from day one
- 2 days per week office-based, with remote working available
- Client meetings at home, business premises or virtually
- Full paraplanning, administration and marketing support
- Company-generated and self-generated leads
- Referral and introducer opportunities
- Support to develop and grow your client bank
- Opportunity to build long-term client relationships and recurring income
- Strong focus on professional, high-quality financial planning
- Modern technology and digital client engagement
You’ll provide holistic financial advice, manage ongoing client relationships, develop new business and help clients achieve their financial goals.
You’ll need the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or an FCA-approved equivalent, together with strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
