We are looking for an experienced Client Services Assistant to join an expanding Wealth Management team in Glasgow. The firm is a highly regarded Advice business which due to continued expansion is now seeking a further Assistant. You will need to be experienced in this role and be happy to work closely with the Financial Advice and wider support team to provide excellent client support.

Main Responsibilities
- Managing client records and workflows using Intelliflo Office
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
- Liaising with clients, providers, platforms and third parties
- Monitoring and progressing business through to completion
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
- Producing client correspondence and reports
- Managing provider queries and servicing requests
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA administration role
- Strong practical knowledge of financial products and services
