About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive with a flair for content and copywriting. You’ll bring stories to life, champion SEO, and ensure our content speaks to new audiences and existing customers.
Responsibilities include leading organic content strategy, promoting company news, managing content across our website and social channels, and amplifying community partnerships to maximise visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and SEO‑optimised.
- Oversee all organic social media channels, planning and scheduling content to grow awareness and engagement.
- Write, proofread and optimise compelling copy for blogs, press releases, social content and other marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Work with teams across the organisation to surface newsworthy stories and updates.
- Carry out ongoing SEO research to identify optimisation opportunities across all marketing channels.
- Support the wider marketing team with insights, performance learnings and copy improvements for ads and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends.
The Ideal Candidate
Confident communicator with a passion for storytelling and performance marketing. Analytical, proactive, and able to create content that delivers results and contributes to meaningful brand growth.
You Will Have
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or content‑focused role (agency or in‑house).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience editing website content (WordPress preferred).
- Demonstrable experience writing marketing copy for SEO blogs, ads or campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate confidently with colleagues across the business.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to share insights with both digital and non‑digital stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for digital marketing and brand growth.
- Analytical, commercially aware and performance‑oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for helping a challenger brand outperform national competitors.
