We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team, based in Bath.

What you’ll be doing

This role sits at the heart of what we do. As the voice of Truespeed, you’ll help our customers have a positive experience every time they get in touch, whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat.

Your responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely, and professional way
  • Taking ownership of requests and complaints, aiming to resolve them on first contact wherever possible
  • Supporting complaint resolution so customers feel listened to, supported, and valued
  • Calling customers to book installations, explain the process clearly, and answer any questions
  • Keeping systems and records up to date and sharing knowledge with colleagues
  • Supporting the wider team with extra tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in a B2C customer service environment (call centre, retail, or similar)
  • Are confident handling customer complaints through to resolution
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
  • Can explain technical or complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Are a good listener who can understand customer needs and guide conversations effectively
  • Are empathetic, adaptable, and professional when supporting a wide range of customers
  • Are proactive, keen to learn, and motivated by delivering excellent service
  • Bring a positive, approachable attitude and enjoy working as part of a team

The details

Location: Bath
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Shift pattern: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays worked on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu)
