- Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control and modern development practices.
- Active SC clearance.
Experience in government or regulated environments and large-scale data transformation programmes would be advantageous.
You'll drive quality assurance and production readiness across a complex digital platform, combining traditional software testing with the evaluation of AI-enabled functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end test strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test coverage across applications, APIs and workflows.
- Test APIs and integrations across internal and external services.

- Assess Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and retrieval performance.
- Establish repeatable evaluation approaches and datasets for AI functionality.
- Investigate defects and provide quality evidence to support release decisions.
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong experience in QA, Test Engineering or Test Automation.
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
- Strong API and integration testing skills, using tools such as Postman.
- Experience with SQL, CI/CD and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
