We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major business transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a highly skilled BA who excels at stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and driving alignment across complex enterprise environments.
As a key member of the program team, you will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Change Programs, ensuring business needs are accurately understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder community, including Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Change Program teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and discovery sessions to identify business challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
- Understand and represent stakeholder needs, balancing business priorities and driving consensus across multiple groups.
- Translate business problems and requirements into solution options and recommendations.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation activities.
- Ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Analyse, model, and document current and future-state business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement while considering associated risks, benefits, and operational impacts.
- Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and solution justification.
- Define and document requirements and acceptance criteria in a format that is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Finance and Commercial business functions.
- Previous involvement in finance or commercial system migration programs.
- Experience working with ERP platforms, including: Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion, Other enterprise ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial business processes.
- Extensive Business Analysis experience within complex transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capabilities.
- Business process modelling and process improvement expertise.
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business case development and cost-benefit analysis experience.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and influential Business Analyst who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
