TrueNorth are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, product-led SaaS business that is scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally. This organisation has already built a highly successful platform with thousands of users globally and is now entering a major growth phase as they continue investing heavily into product, engineering, and customer experience.

As part of that growth, they’re looking to hire their first in-house Senior Business Analyst to sit at the centre of product discovery, requirements gathering, and engineering delivery. This is a genuinely high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and senior leadership to help shape how ideas move from concept through to delivery.

The Role

You’ll own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end — from user research and discovery through to technical specification, stakeholder alignment, and acceptance testing. The environment is highly collaborative and product-focused, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on BA delivery within a modern SaaS business. You’ll also work closely with distributed engineering and product teams, helping improve processes, refine delivery workflows, and bring greater clarity and structure to product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops, user research, and stakeholder sessions
  • Translate product ideas into clear technical specifications
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN flows, and process documentation
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership on scope and feasibility
  • Coordinate requirements across multiple delivery teams
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritisation discussions
  • Lead acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality
  • Help improve and mature internal product delivery processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Knowledge of BPMN, process mapping, and workflow analysis
  • Strong Agile delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams would be beneficial

What’s On Offer

  • £60,000 - £70,000 salary
  • Hybrid working – Soho office Tues-Thurs
  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays
  • MacBook & home setup support
  • Dog-friendly office
