Sales/Account Managers Representatives (Scotland Territory) – Healthcare | £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

Location: Field-based (covering NHS with deep relationships across NHS and private hospitals). Now, with huge demand and new investment, it’s time to build the sales function from the ground up. NOTE: we do not require candidates to have ABPI accreditation to be eligible for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning your region, which will be Scotland mainly - visiting NHS and private hospitals as required. This could look like 1-3 days weekly depending on business needs, so flexibility is key.
  • Growing revenue within existing accounts and identifying gaps in supply.
  • Opening new accounts through relationship-led sales.
  • Selling small-ticket but critical items (e.g. pre-filled syringes, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy lines).
  • Acting as the link between pharmacy, procurement, and frontline care.
  • Managing your own diary, pipeline, and targets — with full internal support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, lab tech, or medical consumables.
  • Good understanding and experience of NHS procurement landscape.
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and autonomy - you're comfortable running your own patch.
  • Open-minded, curious, and passionate about improving patient care.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and especially encourage those from underrepresented groups in the healthcare and life sciences space to apply.
