Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (Purview) to support the delivery and adoption of Microsoft Purview capabilities across a large-scale organisation. Working closely with the Lead Product Owner, you will provide expert guidance on Purview strategy, prioritisation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritise Microsoft Purview capabilities and requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on:
    • Information Protection
    • eDiscovery
  • Support delivery of the Purview product strategy and roadmap.
  • Engage stakeholders and establish cross-functional processes.
  • Drive adoption and best practice across the organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview capabilities.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Information Protection solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with DLP, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.
  • Experience delivering against product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 compliance and security capabilities.

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working with weekly on-site attendance. Occasional travel to other locations for workshops and team meetings.
