We’re hiring for a Senior Data Scientist to join a growing AI/Data Science team building agentic AI products in the pharmaceutical intelligence space. This is a hands-on role, sitting somewhere between data science and software engineering. You’ll be working on AI assistants and agents that help process complex data, retrieve information, automate workflows, and support decision-making across pharma/life sciences use cases. They’re looking for someone who can take data science logic beyond notebooks and turn it into reusable, production-style tools and services.
Essential experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Data Science/ML or related roles
- Data Science beyond analytics - building pipelines, along with strong Python and software engineering principles
- LangChain / LangGraph / agentic AI experience is a must
- FastAPI, MCP/FastMCP, tool-calling or agent tooling
- RAG, LLMs, prompt engineering and evaluation
- Ability to work independently with product, engineering and domain experts
Pharma or healthcare experience is helpful, but not essential - exceptional technical ability matters more in this role. UK-based remote role (can be based in the US too).
