Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Store Commerce) Remote - Must be based in the UK and have full right to work as my client cannot offer sponsorship. Full time / Perm role.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Store Commerce Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of D365 Store Commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail), a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure Dynamics 365 Store Commerce components to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze retail business processes and translate them into functional solutions.
- Customize POS (point of sale) and back-office functionalities using D365 Commerce Retail SDK.
- Provide support during project lifecycles, including deployment, testing, training, and go-live phases.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of technical and business requirements.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, customization, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Store Commerce apps, POS systems, and peripherals.
- Support integration between D365 Commerce and third-party solutions (e.g., payment providers, inventory systems).
- Stay up to date with new features and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
