I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major government digital and technology programme, delivering critical projects across a complex and highly regulated environment.

This role will see you leading the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes. You'll be responsible for shaping requirements, managing delivery risks and ensuring projects are delivered at pace while maintaining quality and governance standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project leader who enjoys tackling complex challenges, navigating ambiguity and bringing together diverse stakeholder groups to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What I'm Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology or business change projects
  • Experience gathering, defining and validating requirements, often starting from an early-stage concept or undefined scope
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working closely with Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercial and Finance teams
  • Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers, partners and third-party organisations
  • Comfortable delivering multiple complex projects and priorities concurrently within fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, tools and governance processes
  • Skilled in identifying, managing and mitigating project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Experience developing delivery plans that balance speed, quality, value and operational requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience with procurement, commercial processes and supplier management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving requirements and complex operating environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Previous experience within government, public sector, law enforcement or highly regulated environments would be highly advantageous
  • Must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
