I’m hiring a Senior App Engineer to own and modernise a long‑running consumer mobile app (i OS & Android) in the health space.
You’ll be the go‑to person for
Architecture and development of the mobile app and cross‑platform stack.
- Migrating a legacy hybrid app
- (Cordova / Kendo / Redux) towards a modern
React Native setup.
- Handling performance, stability, releases and app store submissions
- Working with product, designers, clinicians and backend engineers to ship features.
- Helping surface upcoming
AI / LLM‑powered features in the app UI.
What I’m looking for
- Solid experience integrating
- REST APIs
, managing async state, and writing tests for mobile/front‑end.
- Good understanding of mobile lifecycles, signing, and store releases
- Happy to act as a broader software engineering generalist when needed (APIs, infra, etc.).
- Clear, concise communicator and comfortable with
