They need a delivery-focused owner for their end-to-end SDLC - the operational connective tissue between Product, Tech & Engineering.

The Role:

You’ll track delivery from business case & ideation -> build -> commercial handover -> post-deployment monitoring. Keep roadmaps accurate, clear blockers, keep delivery honest and visible, and free up engineering leadership to focus on tech direction.

  • Comms: Central bridge between ICs, senior & exec leadership. Own meeting cadence, agendas & actions
  • Governance: Ensure QMS / regulatory alignment, own Risk Register, delivery metrics, capacity & time-recording
  • Team Health: Spot inefficiencies, eliminate dev pain points, monitor morale & enforce standards without bureaucracy

What You Need:

  • Proven Project/Delivery Manager in software - full SDLC
  • Used to juggling cross-functional teams with competing priorities
  • Confident with technical & non-technical stakeholders incl. senior leadership
  • Highly organised, proactive, pragmatic, and able to challenge constructively
