My client is on the lookout for an SC Cleared delivery manager who can support one of their end clients with some policy transformation. This role will be fully remote apart from a few office visits per month for high level meetings.

The right delivery manager will:

  • Work with different areas of the organisation to plan, define and drive the clients policies across the business.
  • Manage policy meetings, engage stakeholders and co-ordinate all activities relating to the changes.
  • Monitor and report back, ensuring all changes are correct and projects are moving to agreed timelines while mitigating risks and issues.
  • Share best practices when upgrading/changing policies to link in with driving new technology, recommending state of the art products and standards to revolutionise the changes.

My client needs someone with critical thinking and experience of working within large government organisations previously. Previous large Government experience within digital delivery is needed and if you have done a large scale policy overhaul, this role would be a really good fit. You will be dealing with very senior stakeholders within the Government so good communication skills are essential. SC Clearance is needed for this role and you must be a UK resident.
