Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to make an impact within a high-profile government programme? We're seeking a collaborative and adaptable professional who can drive business analysis excellence while championing Agile best practices across delivery teams.

Location: (Travel when needed) London, Milton Keynes, East Kilbride (Hybrid working)

Rate: Up to £500pd

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance (essential), British National (essential)

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while helping to embed and promote Agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across complex programmes and projects.
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, supporting knowledge transfer and capability development.
  • Encourage and embed best practices for Agile delivery and workload management.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps for backlog and work management (preferred).
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business needs are understood and delivered.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience coaching others and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Active SC Clearance and British nationality are essential.
