We are supporting a major consultancy delivering multiple programmes across a central government department. There are several urgent opportunities for Consultant-level Business Analysts (SFIA L4), with scope for Senior level on selected projects.
These roles are ideal for BAs experienced in central government digital delivery who can translate complex user and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for design, engineering and delivery teams.
You must have:
- Ideally Business Analyst experience within central government (e.g., DWP, HMRC, Home Office, Defra, MoJ, etc.)
- Proven history working with technology teams in agile environments
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation and analysis skills
- Ability to translate research into detailed, delivery-ready requirements
- Confidence engaging stakeholders at varying seniority levels
- Experience supporting discovery and facilitating workshops
- BPSS clearance (or willingness to undergo checks)
- Immediate or short-notice availability
Contract Details
- Inside IR35
- Consultant rate: circa £350 per day (negotiable based on seniority)
- Fast turnaround: 1-stage interview (occasionally 2)
