True North are looking for an experienced Security & Network Operations Lead to take ownership of an organisation’s security posture and lead a developing technical team.

This is a predominantly hands on role while being the lead of a small team.

The role has a strong cybersecurity focus, covering

  • Security strategy, policies and procedures
  • Cyber incident response, investigations and remediation
  • Security controls protecting data, systems and communications
  • Regulatory compliance and internal audits
  • Security metrics, risk reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Leadership of security and network engineers
  • Oversight of resilient, secure network infrastructure
  • Management of key vendors and service providers

You’ll need proven security and network operations leadership experience, strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and the ability to communicate complex risks clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders.

CISSP, CCNP or similar certifications would be advantageous.
