About the Company

Our client is a growing healthcare organisation providing specialist pharmaceutical services to hospitals and healthcare providers across the UK. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business plays an important role in supporting patient care through quality, safety, and reliable service delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created role providing dedicated administrative support to the Commercial team. Working closely with Key Account Managers and senior commercial stakeholders, you will act as a central point of coordination for commercial activity, helping to ensure customer information, contracts, documentation, reporting, and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, commercial support, sales support, or business support role within a healthcare/pharma setting.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a must.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience maintaining records, reports, and business documentation.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence working independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or another regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
