TrueNorth are working with a North East Consultancy who have a range of clients within the public sector. For this particular Business Systems Analyst, we are looking to speak to BAs who have experience with PEGA systems already. The PEGA BA plays a key role in supporting/developing the PEGA platform, working closely with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding PEGA's Building Blocks - Must be familiar with the various components of the PEGA platform and how they work together. You do not need to have up to date certifications but you will need to get recertified within the first 6 weeks of the contract.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and how it is used in PEGA projects and how it can be applied to improve business processes.
  • Solid stakeholder management with the end client to ensure that the solutions developed meet the business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Either live PEGA certifications or the ability to get PEGA certifications in the first 6 weeks of the contract.
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
