We’re working with an Education Provider to hire a Business Systems Developer to join their Business Intelligence & Data team.
What we’re looking for / key skills
- We’re looking for a curious, data-driven technologist at an early stage in their career who’s excited to build hands-on experience across data engineering, systems integration, and business intelligence.
- This role focuses on working with data, modernising integrations, and improving how information flows across the organisation.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL and relational database skills, with confidence querying, analysing, and managing data.
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Some knowledge of PowerShell and SSRS (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Ability to understand, maintain, and improve legacy systems and integrations.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, reporting, or BI concepts (this can be learning through projects, placements, or early-career roles).
